Uncomfortable pain in arm

Post by Diesel »

I've noticed recently that when I work out left arm, there's a discomforting pain that starts to come along. I'll rest arm for a few minutes and then when I start working it out again, the pain comes back. The pain seems to be coming from either bicep or forearm. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and it's really annoying and kindy painful. I'm always at the gym and this arm trouble is affecting workout, what should I do?

Could be some kind of strain, trapped nerve, or inflammation of the area, to name a fw possiilities. It may require rest, and / or anti-inflammatories as two possible solutions.

Howeve seek medical advice. I'm supposing, and can't say anything definite.

probably not this but have a read anyway from archives:

Bilateral Musculoctaneous Nerve Palsy
• Results from excessive training…is a nerve impingement in brachioradius that cuts off nerve stimulation to bi’s so it shrinks from no stimulation…won’t be painful but you’ll find it hard to even flex it…stop all bi exercises

and as bossman said get checked out, may be nerve impingement
