Who has had injury's where.. your playing air hockey (not exactly that) you bend ur arm wierd n it feels liek something pops out, hurts like hell and its around your shoulder.. im thinking rotator cuff.. it must be bad..
Just when i realised i need to loose weight.. this means i probably cant do weights.
so to loose weight. fat.. i guess sticking to HIIT 3 days a week will be good enough? what are some easy going effective home activities i can do?
