I'm female, pushing 51, in menopause and aggravated nothing seems to be working. I go to Orange Theory and like the classes but not seeing much for results so I thought about adding an at-home routine in between classes to tone and tighten up flabby areas. At least minimize cellulite if nothing else! So far no luck. Five years ago I used to do T25 every day and it worked great. Now, I can barely get through that rigorous routine without hurting something.
Does anyone have any suggestions on an at-home video that is geared more for women in their 50s? I'd like to continue Orange Theory classes but would do a video workout at home probably 3-4 other days during the week after work.
