I started doing aerobics from 4th july.In the first week i lost 3kg(6.6 lbs).But in the second week i increased the duration of aerobics from 30 mins to 1 hr.But i lost only 1.3 kg(2.86 lbs). I am following the same diet.
Have i reached a weight loss plateau?
Can someone also suggest some healthy snacks?
