I complete about 7 kms in about 55 mins 6 days in a week.
Am I over stretching myself... I have high uric acid in blood so I can't hit weights because of the pain in wrist.
I am 24 years old and an IT guy.
How much to limit?

No. you're not overstretching yourself, as you're only running about 4.4 miles a day, so that's not much.
As for not being able to do weights, due to the wrist problem, you could try a body weighted workout instead.
