Pretty much the title, looking to become a wwe superstar. Im running 531 right now, and for next cycle I want to add in conditioning. I was thinking since I loft 4 days a week I would do cardio and conditioning on off days. How should I approach it? Long steady state or HIIT?

HIIT or interval would probably be the best way(s) to go, but I don't think you need more than 20-30 minutes at a time.
