Ok, so the PSMF was basically the most effective thing for me personally. Anyone use it?
I personally lost 28 pounds in 30 days and it really wasn't that difficult. And 25 of those 28 pounds was from fat. I went from 203 to 175.

Obviously if you are going to do it, you need to make sure that afterwards you maintain a healthy lifestyle because otherwise it's absolutely worthless. But it's a great way to kickstart things
