Anybody else being a bad little girl like me? Anybody else pig out? I did but somehow I don't care. I worked out so hard the past week I could barely do job, which is also hard physically. I figured I deserved a cheat meal to stuff myself.
However, any suggestions on what I should eat the next couple days? I'm thinking I should just eat like I normally do, which is pretty clean but decent servings and a few meals a day. Then I got to thinking maybe I should or cut way back on calories. What is your opinion on how to eat after overeating?
