Hello all,
Looking for some feedback on diet in regards to goals to burn about 20lbs off. I am in the gym five hours a week of vigorous training but that is without cardio as I cannot do any impact exercise on knee at the moment.
I will move up to seven hours of training next week.
I generally train in a Muay Thai gym and so trying to get in shape without doing vigorous cardio sessions is new to me and am trying to be as effective as possible with time.
Thank you for any input or suggestions.
Breakfast:
2 Hard Boiled Eggs.
Small packet of instant oatmeal.
Small apple
Snack:
Banana
Lunch: Veggie Burrito.
Snack:
Granola Bar
Apple
Dinner:
Stirfry of Blackbeans, tofu, peppers, broccoli, Brussel Sprouts.
Dessert:
2 Granola Bar

Not bad, but I'd suggest increasing the second snack to get a some more calories in like some nuts, peanuts, low-fat cheese, sliced ham, flax seeds etc, rather than just the banana.
