Just a quick update the widest part of stomach is the correct measurement the other measurement i have given is apparently more a hip measurement as its wear the waistband naturally sits which i thought was the waist as this is wear the waistband of jeans sit.
Looking online the waist is between the bottom of the rib cage and the hips and the narrowst part of the torso about an inch or so above the button. This measurement is 103.5cm so in order going down the torso:
Waist - 103.5cm
Stomach 111cm
Hips - 93cm
confusion is when looking online for running leggings it asks for the waist measurement but surely the hip or wer the waistband of jeans etc lies should be the measurment used to choose them.
Hopefully now with the 3 measurements that helps too and i can start to lose weight again being the same weight for 3 weeks is ver frustrating although in 6 weeks i have dropped 2 jeans sizes so something is happening.

Well i had op on the 14th December so i am now resting up while i recover but i have had a look at diet and come up with the below for weight loss in conjunction with the gym see what you think.

I have been trying to lose weight in a logical way. Not for weight but for fat. Though every day I eat lost of cucumber. I have heard this one works fine for fat. Is it really does?

Gallbladder stones are usually caused by too much cholesterol so avoid fatty foods would be a great option.
I have fatty liver but when I take a tablespoonful of organic flax seed oil at bed time then the pain in the right hand side of tummy goes away in the morning.Worth a try.

Would a gall bladder restricted diet be close to a diabetic diet? I am working on researching to help dad avoid going from prediabetic to diabetic and have found a few interesting treatments and remedies. Has anyone heard of this one promoted at this site diabetesreview home blog If anyone has please let me know, I think I will order it for dad.
