I’ve been working out and eating healthily for a while now, but body fat is quite low - 9.5% (I’m female, aged 32). I weigh about 47k (5’2). I’m 86% muscle mass apparently.
I need to up body fat %. I haven’t had periods for a while and I know I’m not at a healthy point. Most days I’m running a pretty substantial (or at least somewhat of a) calorie deficit.
How do I up body fat % without just getting bigger and looking bigger? I kinda like how body looks so I want to change composition without changing how I look.
Is this even possible or am I being ridiculous?

It might be possible, but it would be a bit difficult I feel to do it without just chubbing up.
Do you do any form of cardio right now and if so how many days do you do it and for how long?
