No reason why not. There are virtually no gender specific exercises, except for pelvic floor exercises and Keagle exercises, for females, assuming they are not one and the same.
In relation to diet, there are slightly differing RDA's on some things based on Gender, but in reality if you're not overdoing it on the calories, you won't be likely ot vause toxicity issues.

Ketogenic diets have their place for bodybuilding and fitness contests when you're dieting, but I don't recommend for a month here and there and certainly not as a long-term strategy.
That pie chart would be better amended in this way.
20% carbs, 40% fat, 40% protein, so your minimum carbs is 20%, as for most people I would heed caution about going lower than 20% on a daily basis unless you're competing, as your body needs carbs to fuel the brain and regulate blood sugar, though as fat is a secondary energy source, carbs as energy needn't be credited with quite as much importance as the needs for carbs to fuel the brain and regulate blood sugar.

that's nice I've been following some diets self from this site https://yourhealthy.home.blog/ I must say it's difficult to eat green but I'm getting the hang off it and seeing results proper bowel movements flat energy and so on
