Great post! Saturated fat and cholesterol were never the cause of heart disease and anyone who tells you that is severely misinformed or is lying through their teeth. The health care industry makes billions of dollars every year at your expense

You can lower your cholesterol by exercising more and eating more fruits,oats and vegetables.

Have they flip flopped on the eggs/cholesterol thing again? Or is it just good cholesterol now? Either way, what should I, eggspect?

This is really informative as I think a lot of younger people assume having high cholesterol or problems related to cholesterol related to age and that isn't always the case.

No. Some people can be born genetically predisposed to high cholesterol, so age and weight are not necessarily the only precursors to high cholesterol.
Some people with normal BMI who are active can have it, surprisingly enough.

HDL is a good cholesterol. It doesn't go to your bloodstream but eliminated quickly. Make sure to a have a lipid profile assessment every 6 months.

HDL, High Density Lipo Protein, is the medium the cholesterol travels in and it is actually conditionally good. The condition being that too little of it can be very bad.

According to AHA, eating a handful of almonds help avoid heart diseases.

By increasing intake of grass fed butter and coconut oil cholesterol levels actually decreased in a relatively short amount of time. There is a huge difference between good and bad fats.

as i know the Cholesterol are not totally bad for our health. a part of them is very important .i am not professional so i don't know how to discribe it .if anybody want to know these .just check online .....
