I just started taking Glutamine - I know it helps for the soreness, but when are the best times to take it & how many times to take it a day?
Is it good before or after a workout?

Works before a workout, but better afterwards.

B: 5g after workouts and before bed.
C: 5g after workouts, before bed and with Breakfast.
D: 10g after workouts.
E: 10g after workouts and before bed.
In your case I'd probably go with option A or B.
