Lack of Energy and Motivation!!

Recently I just started using this energy drink called awaken and I LOVE it! A friend showed it to me a while ago because of the stress from work and lack of energy I was having. All natural, no crash like red bull or monster, and it tastes good which was the best part Hopefully this can help out someone else like it has for me.

Energy drinks are no different than pop... try an orange and a piece of cheese for energy! Lack of energy is from either, lack of sleep, poor diet, lack of physical exercise or dehydration. It would be far more beneficial to one or all of the issues rather than just drug it or Band-Aid it.
