Protein powders pros and cons

Post by fitlouisa »

So I am considering trying protein powder as an after workout addition to diet, but I don't really know where to start.I have read that some natural protein rich foods are better than using synthetic powders - opinions?
Cost is also a factor,I have found some good discounts on this site https://www.pricedropdonkey.com/cheap-h ... tion-deals but as an ongoing expense is it worth it? Would be interested in hearing everyones opinions. :D

The best ones to get are ones without proprietary blends and also without loads of ingredients.

Just get one with carbs, protein and another 3-4 ingredients and that's all you need if you get one.

However at the moment, as you're just starting out on a new path in life, I would suggest there is no need to use one at this present time.
