So I am considering trying protein powder as an after workout addition to diet, but I don't really know where to start.I have read that some natural protein rich foods are better than using synthetic powders - opinions?
Cost is also a factor,I have found some good discounts on this site https://www.pricedropdonkey.com/cheap-h ... tion-deals but as an ongoing expense is it worth it? Would be interested in hearing everyones opinions.

The best ones to get are ones without proprietary blends and also without loads of ingredients.
Just get one with carbs, protein and another 3-4 ingredients and that's all you need if you get one.
However at the moment, as you're just starting out on a new path in life, I would suggest there is no need to use one at this present time.

Great thanks, will leave it for now and if I progress well I may revisit this idea again
