Hello all, im new to all this and guessing im in the right fourm for this question.
Im looking to gain weight but dont want to gain it to just be fat, a friend suggested using a gainer and im using it, twice a day ( morning wheb i eake and evening before i go to bed). But the problem im having is when i have it in the morning in feeling a little bloated for a while and a lack of energy, im having it while i have breakfast which normaly is porridge oats with full fat milk, is this where im going wrong? Any advice would be most welcome

What sort of weight gainer is it, because it might be something you don't need or simply shouldn't be using.
