i just recently bought a protien powder called WHEY Pro Elite 80
it has Energy 120 Cal per serve
Total Fat: 1.7 g per serve
Total Carbs: 2.7 per serve
Protien - 24 g per serve
Has anyone tried it before or anything? I bought from GNC and they said its the best pricing and type around so yea...
I couldnt find the optimum protien whey shake so i got this its only a sligt difference. Use rekon its alright?

no problem with that...most powders have the same nutritient totals in them so i think it's just a matter of getting the biggest tub for the cheapest price...low carb are good ones too as you can always add carbs for post workout shake but if needed for meal replacement you can do so without the carbs
