Hi Marissa it's good to talk to you.

Firstly I'd like say how very proud of you I am for trying to take care of yourself at your age, instead of succumbing to negative influences / people like some do and you should be very proud of yourself for the choices you are making now, so give yourself a big pat on the pack, because you've earned it WELL DONE :).

As for the diet what times do you eat and what foods do you eat and what is your goal as well?

Thanks and keep believing, because you ARE worth it :).

Hi Marissa, could you be a little more specific please on the food, as there is no way for me to tell what Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner options might be and I don't know what sort of fruit you are typically eating.

Thanks :)
