Firstly I'd like say how very proud of you I am for trying to take care of yourself at your age, instead of succumbing to negative influences / people like some do and you should be very proud of yourself for the choices you are making now, so give yourself a big pat on the pack, because you've earned it WELL DONE

As for the diet what times do you eat and what foods do you eat and what is your goal as well?

Hi Marissa, could you be a little more specific please on the food, as there is no way for me to tell what Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner options might be and I don't know what sort of fruit you are typically eating.
