Hi guys, I'm preparing a design folio and concept to reduce sedentary behaviour (where people lack a regular and healthy amount of exercise) for a class in uni course.
I'm currently researching ways to aid rope jumping/skipping as an alternative to other exercises through the use of modern interactive technologies, and would like to know how the overall experience could be improved.
I think that looking at improving form and technique could be a good place to start and would love to know where any of you that jump rope, occasionally or regularly, might sometimes find it difficult to do so.
Basically, what mistakes do you often make while performing this exercise, that you just keep making, or that limit your results?
Thank you so much, in advance of any feedback!
