I changed diet six weeks ago and started a work out with a trainer for the first time in life. So far the results have been great. I am excited to see how the next six weeks changes muscle tone and fitness.
For years I worked out by myself...not really knowing what I was doing. I have witnessed a lot of changes over the past 4-6 weeks. I really want to increase chest size. Pecks. That is one of bigger struggles.
