Hi Everyone,
I drive truck 3 weeks straight out of the month with husband. I sit for 16 hours a day. It's not easy but I love the freedom of traveling and I own own truck as well. Problem is, how can I exercise in the truck? I'd like something that specifically targets hips/ butt. I bought a 5 lb weight to try some arm exercises while husband drives. I am 5'3 and weigh about 115. I just don't want to turn into mush from sitting so much! Any tips are appreciated. Thanks!!

Why do you have to drive for 16 hours as opposed to 12 or 14? It seems a bit excessive, even though I'm sure you have to switch with your husband every now and again.

I have a friend who is a truck driver, he is skinnier than me.
I ask him what diet he follows. He says he eats lots of vegetables and drinks milk.
