Help.
I have just moved and between moving and settling in I have gotten out of shape. I am trying to get run back and get situps back up. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do that? I just don't feel running right now that I am getting anything accomplished. Thanks
I purchased the P90X program and think it is great. I have 2 kids and can't really get to a gym. This gives me to motivation to work out. Has great cardio workouts and both a killer ab and chest workout. Some people say you can acheive the same results without spending the money but I feel that it definately helped me want to do that workout everyday. Good luck (I just moved too, and between that and recently having the kids I feel the same way).
