B: Small bowl of Kellogg's corn flakes with 14 blueberries and a little milk and a cup of tea and OJ AB: Cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Slice of Munster cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted with a little mustard, and a portion of Delmonte pears, all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets (Alaska Pollock) 2 fillets (108 grams) with some lemon and topped with a little Kraft Three Cheese Blend of Grated Parmesan, Romano & Asiago Cheeses, with a serving of corn mixed with 2 slices of diced red, green, yellow and orange peppers for Mexicali corn, with 1 slice of French bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 3 Pepperidge Farms Milano chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with Philadelphia cream cheese and Smucker's Grape Jelly, 1 cup tea and OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little milk; glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, slice of Munster cheese, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 1/2 can (10 3/4 oz) of Campbell's Tomato soup with 1/8 cup of Ditalini pasta with a pinch of basil and a slice of French bread toasted with a little margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: Ding Dong; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water

B - English muffin toasted with a little Country Crock margarine and cinnamon sugar, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 8 Ruffles potato chips, slice of Swiss cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - (1) Red Baron Deep Dish Supreme pizza (pepperoni, sausage, red and green peppers) (163 gms) topped with a little shredded parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano Raspberry chocolate cookies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

B: Slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea, glass of OJ; AB: 1 glass of water(shared w/DH) and bottle of water (24 oz) shared with DH; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Chicken of the Sea tuna (4 oz can) mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 20 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (3 each) of red, green, orange and red, and a sprinkle of California onion powder, Oregano, and black pepper topped with a slice of Swiss cheese on a slice of wheat bread, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Michelina's Fettuccine Alfredo with half of 1/3 cup of peas with some shredded parmesan cheese mixed in, and topped with a little pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese, and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice tea; glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano orange chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water, 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Chicken of the Sea tuna (4 oz can) mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 20 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (3 each) of red, green, orange and red, and a sprinkle of California onion powder, Oregano, and black pepper on a slice of wheat bread, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Michelina's manicotti topped with a little pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese, with a slice of French bread, and a glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano lemon chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water
