Evening,
I stated in an earlier post that I'm just back into the gym. I've picked up some supplements to help move the process along but am a bit confused.
As I do research on both BCAA and Glutamine supplements I'm finding a lot of information and would like as basic an answer as I can get for the moment. As I move further into training I will get into more detailed research and application.
So basically I wanted to know how to use these and when? I've read that Glutamine should be during the morning and at night while BCAA is best immediately before and after a workout. Does this sound like a good approach to those who know or have experience with the supplements?
Thanks,
John

Re: BCAA and Glutamine Supplements
I'd say Glutamine 5g after a workout and before bed and BCAA after a workout.
Some people use a third dose of Glutamine around breakfast, but it isn't necessary.

Yes. Depending on how hard you lift and how sore you are.
