So I've been trying to get back on track to lose more weight, and with limited amount of time in day I tend to stick with quick routines to follow. I guess question is am I going on the right track? Do steps like these work? Let me know your feed back...

You need cholesterol for homones and regulation of your blood, plus other beneficial bodily fuctions. The time you need to worry is when your Cholesterol is to low, not to high.

Excess cholesterol is a problem however, but cholesterol is vital for survival, so if it's too low, that can also cause problems.

Very well researched and educative blog. I have throughly enjoyed reading it. I read about cholesterol on iahas.com when I was doing research on all natural remedies a couple of months back,. It was mostly about Ayurvedic way of treating the condition. Howver, your blog is more extensive and very useful. Thanks for sharing.
