Hands/Forearms

Post by buildup »

Well I'm 16 and I want to start getting bigger, but right now I don't have much time. I thought maybe I'd work on only hands and forearms for now, since that is mostly what I am uncomfortable with. hands are very large, but they are skinny. forearms are skinny as well... I'm 5' 9''

I just want to make hands and forearms more built if that is possible. Also, I don't have much equipment other than an ab lounge and a couple of little dumbells, like 10 lbs. What can I do?

Thanks

Well good forearms are built from doing a lot of other things such as chins and rows but I found something below.

surely you must have worse bodyparts than hands and forearms? you can't get strong hands and forearms without lifting very, very heavy shit

Well the rest of body isn't that bad, but in time I want to improve that more too. I just don't like hands and forearms, is what I am saying...

Well I measured and biceps area is 11 in. (don't laugh)
and wrist is like 6 in.

But I've hardly lifted a weight in life...most people would like to have back though. I lift 60-70 lb bales of hay very often

well your hands and forearms should quite strong and muscular then if throwing hay around everywhere...you can't change your wrist measurement, you just have girly wrists like i do so you're forearms will probably never be any good, also like mine not that i work them or anything

Go buy 15/20 lbs. dumbbells and do those exercises: http://www.shapefit.com/training-forearms.html

You can alternate day to day with 3 sets of 8 reps with 4 exercises.
