Appreciate your response, and we can't know everything, or remember everything, so I certainly have nio right and never would attempt to look like some kind of tin god, as that's never been style.

Though it's been implied on other places in the past. Uusually by people with blinkered vision .

Cheers Bossman

I look forward to leaning on your knowledge in the future. I'm starting to work with 8-13 year old's in our city academy for athletics- I might well check in and ask some opinions from yourself and other fitness pro's as I work way up the ladder. Any knowledge will be greatly appreciated and I am always willing to give considered opinions when asked too!

By the by, I'm not a fitness pro. I workout 5 days a week, and eat a respedtale diet. I don't and never have been qualified to say anything about anything discussed here, I give responses based on experience, self teaching, common sense, and sometimes listening to other peoples experiences.

You see more muscle, Weight's up 3lbs, but bf% is constant?

I thikn it must have gone down a little bit, even if it's just 0.5%.
