5 hour energy drinks

Post by Jlore »

I'm sure most people have heard of these by now. dad sells them in his store and says they've been known to work. I just started winter track Monday(sprints) and I noticed how out of shape I've gotten, especially since the summer ended. If I took a bottle of this before practices started, would it be ok?
They seem safe from what I heard, should I also ask coach if hes ok with me taking them? looking at the nutrition facts it really doesn't seem at all bad. (I'm 15 by the way).
So anyone have any thoughts on these little bottles of energy?
thanks!

if you're talkin bout that thing braylon edwards is endorsing, i tried them a couple of times and i'd say they work okay. no crash and its quite cheap. but a pre workout drink is still the way to go. or a meal 30 min to 1 hour before workout.
