gaining weight/strength training pics

Post by cwbakagain »

well name is Carl and I'm 20. I eat what ever i want when ever i want and don't gain any weight been working out for about 5 months now. i take protein once a day after i work out. I enjoy working out, and i do smoke cigs, but i eat lunch and dinner, normally don't wake up in time to eat breakfast. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips to gaining weight. i will upload pics..

1st tip - get up earlier and eat breakfast

2nd tip - get a routine...i suggest searching the waterbury method and doing that

3rd Tip - no legs no muscle

I also recommend working legs. Your upper body and core will only develop so much without your legs.

The body tries to stay... balanced, for lack of a better term.

I always find it funny when people ask for help or info, then don't use it . I love how that happens LOL

Nice routine but need to include legs like said. Also, each healthy and dont smoke. Smoking is going to make you skinny and will make your workouts useless. also, why are you wearing 3 layers of pants?
