It's one of the last places for Fat to go.

How do you train? What meals do you eat. When do you eat?

I by no means am an expert, but I'd cut out the Milk and Green Tea and just stick with straight up Water. The calories in the other stuff aren't worth it.

What kind of ab work-outs are you doing? Just regular sit-ups? Tried weighted sit-ups?

Like I said I'm far from an expert, but I'm sure an elder (not meaning old) around here will help you. I see Boss Man has already.

why is your eating getting low? if anything you should be eating more if your working out. you dont get fat from eating the right stuff. increase activity before lowering calories.

I actually would keep the green tea in there if its just plain tea and water (no sweetener). Tea is actually very good for you and is **supposed** to help with fat loss. I'm currently on a VERY strict diet and I drink a cup of tea a day and often flavor water with a diluted tea bag (moroccan mint green tea) throughout the day while i'm at work. As for the milk, if you're drinking large amounts i would cut back on that as it can add carbs, sugar (lactose) and some extra calories that you may not need.

Just thoughts,

Cassie
