since i started this diet plan, i have been seeing some positive results.. of course it's jsut been 3 weeks so nothing miraculous

7:30 -> 3pcs Oatibix with skimmed milk
9:30 -> 4pcs Oatibix with skimmed milk and honey
12:00 -> Fruit salad (consisting usually of an apple and a banana, and two other fruits depending on what i have at the time) + Ultimate Whey Gainer formula Protein Shake
12:30 -> Start workout till 13:30
14:30 -> 100g of brown rice mixed with abt 6-7oz of canned tuna (in oil) and a tomato with some black pepper on top + Ultimate Nutrition Whey Gainer formula Protein Shake
15:30 -> Cup of Green Tea with some almonds
17:30 -> 5oz grilled chicken breast, 10oz veg Salad(mainly Broccoli, brussels sprouts, spinach, and some mixed veg[peas, carrots, corn]), 3oz canned tuna (maybe a fruit for desert)
20:00 -> 5oz grilled chicken breast, 10oz veg Salad(mainly Broccoli, brussels sprouts, spinach, and some mixed veg[peas, carrots, corn]), 3oz canned tuna (maybe a fruit for desert)
22:00 -> 2 tbsp peanut butter and sometimes a glass of wine.
Other than that i drink only water, and as much as i possibly can.. aiming at 2.5 to 3 ltrs a day.
so that's basically it, i'm starting school tmorrow so im gonna have to change some things i guess.. won't have the comodity of home, but anyway, i'd rly appreciate any input on this diet
