Hi im new to the forums so i hope i posted on right part. Anyway i need advice on getting 6 pack about how much i need to train ect. Im know all about diets ect i basically know how many times a week i need to work out currently i train 4 times a week doing minor weights, crunches and cardio and i want to know am i doing enough or should i be doing more to achive 6 pack. Also i wanted to know am i to small to get 6 pack as im 6ft but only 120 lbs.
ps i have a outgrowing bone in chest could that effect appearances of abs.

Yes i am natually thin as before i started eating healthy and exersise i didnt eat the best(pizza and alot of crisps ect) and never had to worry about being fat hence why i am trying to get good abs coz since i have a good base to start on. and to be honest i cannot say how many calories as im only 17 and ma mum still does shopping but i will make a check this week and post results

Start with the main exercises for anyone who wants to get stronger and bigger, Bench press, lat pull-downs (or pull-ups), military press, deadlifts, squats, barbell curls, dips. Add weighted crunches using a med ball or light dumbbell. Do them in various positions, on a balance ball, reverse crunches, planks, etc.
Increase your protein to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight, and make sure to eat a meal of 4/1 carbs to protein ratio within an hour of exercising. Lowfat chocolate milk would do the trick.

If I were you I'd try to build some muscle up first before worrying about a six pack. Just 2 cents.

Hey Chris,
I would definitely look into supplementing protein into your ab diet as well as a lot of carbs to fuel your work outs. As crunches are known to show results on your abs they also do hurt your back. I would recommend using a fitness ball to conduct your workouts and definitely integrate plank workouts as well to strengthen your over all core. Most people think your core is just your abs when in fact it is also your back and hip flexors. Hope this helps.
