Hello, I need your advice. goal is to loose 10 kg
and exercise buttocks for the beach.
Do you believe that an elliptical like this would be
appropriate for me?

Setting goals is the first and most important thing you can do when getting into a workout program so GOOD JOB!
Cardio is cardio when it comes to picking what machine to use. Yes, using a step-mill compared to a treadmill will work certain muscles a little more compared to the next but as far as "cardio" goes pick something you like to do. As long as your breaking a good sweat and getting your heart rate up then it's working!
As far as toning your butt. Focus on heavier weights then normal. Keep your reps between 10-12. favorite leg toning exercises to give clients are:
Top 4
1) Straight Leg deadlift
2) Squats
3) Lunges
4) Deadlifts
