It doesn't matter as I think PHPBB works on a post count per page, not a uniform length per page.

You have every reason to be proud of yourself right now and I'm proud of you too, because I know how much effort you put in and sometimes it isn't easy and sometimes that human side of you pops up and permits one or two slip-ups, but by and large you have always kept pushing and always kept working at it and by doing this, you have shown that you do value yourself quite a lot and I want you to be proud of yourself because you HAVE earned it.

Keep on pushing, because you are a superb Lady and you deserve happiness in your life :).

A little sore from yesterday's workout. Just going to do some ab work and pushups, then tomorrow back to it. Tomorrow is supposed to be speedwork, but I may go for a longer run...miss long runs.

Last day of meds!! yay! feeling much better now. :mrgreen:

got a bit of a late start this a.m., but went to the gym anyway and got a good hard 30 minute elliptical workout in. Stayed at 190+ strides per minute, res. level 4, incline level 14 - tempo (race pace) for a total of 3.2 miles. Slinging some serious sweat!
No time for anything else. :D
off to work now.... 8)

Today's workout:

1 mile treadmill w/u
6 intervals w/1 min sprints @ 8.7 to 9.0 mph
3 min. cooldown

2 x 10 captain chair leg lifts

1 x 12 x 40 lb DB squats
2 x 12 x 40 lb DB bent rows
2 x 12 x 40 lb DB step ups
2 x 12 x 40 lb DB Incline Press

2 x 1 min. front planks

I am exhausted just reading that :shock: I am easing myself back into it and I am nowhere near ready to go that fast yet!

yeah, legs are pretty much toast...especially after doing the step ups and squats after the running.

oh geez....did I say toast? yum. :mrgreen:

Todays workout:
tried something different today - did cardio AFTER weight workout. not sure I like it that way.
1 mile w/u elliptical
1 x 12 x 40lb Incline Chest press
2 x 12 x 40lb squats
2 x 12 x 40lb Bent rows
2 x 12 x 40lb step ups
2 x 12 x 40lb military press
1 x 12 x 40lb deadlift - felt better about form this time
2 x 12 stability ball pushup w/knee tuck

2 mile steady pace run.

I have a few more pounds to go than you, but I'll give it a try :D

I have heard that it is best to do cardio after your weights because if you do cardio first you lose a lot of energy and can't give the weights 100%. But I suppose it is a personal preference - I try to do weights first.

Congrats Lynne - 162!!!!

I am now back from vacation and I'm sorry to say I am now waaaaay behind you...but I'll just need to work hard to get back on track...again ~!

Thanks Lu! Glad ur back! You'll be knock those vacation lbs. off in no time, no worries! :D

Today's workout:

1 mile elliptical
1 mile outdoor trail run (103 degrees) - most of the trail was shady, but it was just too hot, so I went back inside the gym. 8)
2 mile indoor track run - much nicer :wink:
total 4 miles and 4 buckets of sweat. :lol:
wanted to do some weights...but was out of energy. Overall felt really good. Shouldn't have tried to run outside in those temps - won't be doing that again!

I am own worst enemy. :evil: nuf said.

Got to the gym later than i wanted this a.m., so no weight workout.

2.5 mile elliptical - race pace
1.5 mile indoor track run - race pace
2 x 10 captains chair leg lifts

won't have an opportunity to go to the gym this evening, so will do a bodyweight workout of pushups, planks, dips, etc.
