6g is 6000mg right?? So I'm fine with 2500-3000mg right??Boss Man wrote:Salt GDA is 6g a day, but that's a maximum, so try to keep lower than that. Around 50%-66% max would be better.
Haha, I told you, I like walks if I have someone to walk with, so walks with mom and dogs is fine. As for the dancing and yoga, the dancing is much more fun than the yoga, but the yoga provides me with a more interesting way to stretch and whatnot. We have digital cable with Time Warner here, so I've got around 2000 channels. I watch 3 shows. Lol. I do however love the On Demand channels.musculargirl wrote:Keep it going Jena. Saw that you took a walk the other day.Dancing and yoga sound like a lot of fun. I don't i think have anything like that with cable that i know of.

I go back to school around the 1st of September
Haha. I hate television other than a few things, so I tend to only watch it if I'm really bored or if one of shows are on. :pmusculargirl wrote:2000 channels!I would love it although i don't watch tv that much. You got to tell me can you find something to watch when you have 2000 channels, i always feel like there isin't much on??
Sounds like you have a month to workout and focus on your diet before hitting the books!
It's great to have a workout partner - it keeps you motivatedMissJenaKay wrote:And then Jenna (one of roommates, we're actually likely to be sharing a room ironic, eh?) and I are going to get a workout schedule going because she wants to go, but she doesn't like to go alone, and I don't mind going alone, so we're going to try to get it set so that we can go together c: It'll likely be later in the evening which isn't favorite, but oh well. :p
only problem with it is that she's MUCH thinner than I am. Lol. So it's a little embarrassing for me.feelin-great wrote:It's great to have a workout partner - it keeps you motivated
I've worked out with her before and she's fun and I love the girl (clearly or I wouldn't be volunteering to live with her) I just feel like I can't keep up with her.feelin-great wrote:I know exactly how you feel, but she obviously doesn't care. I am the worst for being self-conscious around others. But give it a try, you may find it helps
That's the best kind of friend to have! As long as they are supportive and encouraging they challenge you to keep going.MissJenaKay wrote:just feel like I can't keep up with her.
