Yes I can just imagine you doing that and chewing a Ham sandwich as well .

Well you must have to find some time to eat, with it being a "Lunch hour" and all :P

However with the running and the food you could have done it, if you'd developed a running rythmn in your head.

1,2,3,4 and chew 2,3,4 and 1,2,3,4 and chew 2,3,4 and 1,2,3,4 and bite 2,3,4

Hey Lynne! Love to see that you are still at it and doing well! You look fabulous!!!

I'll be back after all the things that are still going on......I'd never just go away.....I'll call it a temporary leave of absense to get stuff figured out! Ha!

Hi & thanks Lu!! I'm still a "work in progress" ...guess I always will be to a certain degree. I have missed you & your sassy self! Good to see you checking in with us and posting.
I still haven't hit the 160 mark yet - it keeps dangling just out of reach - so frustrating!! :? But I'm still working hard - but like alot of us... eating is worst problem. I definitely know how to work hard and burn major calories...but apparently I also know how to replace those calories just as quickly, LOL
But I'm feeling strong these days and have developed some more muscle - running is progressing nicely - so we shall see what happens, hopefully by the end of the month I'll have some new numbers to report. :D

Today's a.m. workout:

Elliptical HIIT intervals:
5 min. w/u
10 intervals 1 min. fast 1 min. slow
2 miles

Outdoor track run
2 miles

planning on an evening BW workout at home.

Tried something new this morning:

ZUMBA!!! Omg...class started at 6 a.m. 1 hour of fast, intense and uh...lets just say certain parts of body hadn't moved like that, that early in the a.m. in a LONG time....bwahahahaha!! Lots of salsa type dance moves, along with some hip hop bootie shaking stuff, combined with tons of squat combos and ab work.
I really liked it all in all.
It was an all girl class this morning....noticed alot of guys passing by to go to the water fountain...must have been really thirsty for some reason!
I was looking for a fun cross training alternative and I think I found it. :D

  thank you ladies! Yeah, at first, I was pretty timid and felt awkward and a little embarassed - but after about 15 minutes I started to really get into it - and just trying to keep up with the instructor and learn the moves was enough to keep mind off how I looked. And again after a while I just thought - you know what? I'm here, why not give it all I have. I kind of pretended like I was on Dancing with the stars and I had to learn all these dance moves in 1 hour. and I also thought to myself...out of all the butts that are shaking in here, I'm sure I'm not at the top of the list for "bootie watching" -
And if someone thought mine was worth watching...then all the better, eh?
Hey, I still got it....I just got more of it than I used too...bwahahaha!!!

   At least you have embraced it - LOVE IT! I have some friends that have done Zumba in the past and have loved it. Trying something different like that just might get you to your goal that you have been fighting for!

yeah, anything works as long as I get to where I want to be...even if it means shaking body parts in such a way that in any other situation i would probably be arrested.

Had a few beach runs this past weekend - 4.5 miles and 4 miles.
Yesterday did a 4 mile hard trail run - hammie is talking to me a little today - but I can't hear it, cause I'm ignoring it.

5K race coming up this weekend!! woo hoo! :D
