Actually the pain was during the chest press, becos I allowed arms to drop down to far, not during shoulder press.

Is when u use top arm to do a row in the front, no twist in the body tho, instead of just layin there prayin for the count of 30 !..thought would keep me busy enough not to notice how long it was taking, should be a vid on utube, maybe ?

Ok so, the cables were busy & though I'm not all that shy, I'm a bit selfconsious of where fat hangs in plank position, so for now I'm still hiding in the empty room with mats..all to myselffffffff
five week pics, have re energized me into action, huge difference & havent lost weight ?..If i did it wasnt much.Off to moms tomorrow morn, cant squeeze cardio in before the bus leaves..maybe need settle for a jog in the evening..she has NO pc, lol..so suppose posts will be next thursday when I return ? Uhh yes there is a gym there & ive attended it last year, have good day & take care everyone !

For your incline DB press are you using 2 30 lb DB's or 2 15 adding up to 30lbs? DB Pullover 35 lb DB's? If so, amazing! highest is 20 lb DB's - I think it's rotator cuff

Am using 2 x 30lbs
I was at 20lbs abt 2 months bk, yes maybe it is ur injury, injury is not so bad,duno maybe it is the glucosamine ? Still hurts when Im doin a lift (sometimes), but only a little & goes away fast.I think fav exercise to watch in the mirror is the side lat raises, cos it uses all of ur body & shows the coolest muscles at the top of the lift & shows ur abs to, always boosts energy & makes the day better.Yeah hahaha I'll run behind the bus, while kid points & laughs out the back window

Ahhhh those ones on the wall, r hard !!! Did one, laughed to myself, took up a weight & began to row, though they will be part of plank goals
