I did the horiz pull ups, but I know them as inverted rows?
What I am trying to do is negative. I cheat with lifting myself up, but I try to slowly go down. I heard that's another way of perfecting chinsups/pullsup. Hoenstly, I do 10 with cheating. I've been doing them this way for a little below 6 months. A lot of time the reps depend on mt nutrition etc on the day...i see a lot of people doing chinups, like 25 reps but are sort of halves, not fully aram extended, i ama sure it doesnt help build the muscle 100%, but doing sth better than nothing, no?
I think it's going to take me a lot longer than 6 months haha. Probably within the next 6 months I may be able to do pullups 1-3 reps. That would be good I think.
