I get so sick of eating scrambled/fried eggs and often forget about boiling them instead .Thanks for the reminder Vamp. I like to chop up a few boiled eggs and make healthy egg salad w/ Dijon mustard, scallions, sfree relish and a little fat free mayo...good stuff!vamp wrote: favorite breakfast is

You could also make omelettes or poach them. either in a pan of water or a poaching pan.
