A common mistake is for someone to weigh last thing at night when they may have undigested food, and waste matter still in their system, then next time weigh first thing on an empty Stomach, and possibly after a toilet trip, and it ruins their stats, becasue you get other factors affecting a reading.
Weighing first thing in the morning every 1-2 weeks, should be the way, if you are someone who needs to track weight stats.
