I just thought I'd check back at this site because i'm finally ready to start an exercise program!

I actually found out that I'm quite depressed and have been seeing a psychologist about it, but it's no wonder I am since who i want to be (i.e. healthy, in shape etc.) is so far from who i am at the moment (i.e. very heavy, out of shape etc.) and let's face it is just plain depressing being obese!

So I finally feel like i've gotten though some issues to see why I am "out of balance" and feel like i have a good idea now how I can get to be in balance and I think in addition to eating well exercise is very important...
so im heading to the gym today

I'm going to look to see if bossman posted an idea for a workout on here, but if anyone has any recommendations... the only concern i have is that knees hurt sometimes when i bend down quickly, but other than that, and having a big chest
