diamond push ups with elbows flaring out to the side not back towars your feet...may need a to have hands on a bench or do them from your knees

Sorry to keep asking questions, but after doing the decline bench press on Friday, I am not totally comfortable doing it (as I typicalyl dont have a spot on Fridays). Is there a pushup variation or something else that could fill for that?

you shouldn't need a spotter...simply don't try a rep you think you can't get
the point of the WM is to use a wt that allows you to get all sets and reps with the last set being hard but not "break your balls" hard
