Do Leg stuff. If you add mass to the Upper body and not to Legs, you might end up in years to come, with possible knee and Hip problems, if your Legs have a slight difficulty, tolerating what they are forced to carry around day to day.
i don;t like regular deadlifts from the floor with db's as the plates aren't as big as the 45's you'd use on a bb so you'll round your back to get the the bottom position...stiff legged deadlifts with db's is fine though
