I had overnight last night and didn't eat anything while I was there because I spent lunch break trying to damage control after the company that was sent to do inventory with us was making a complete mess of our store. Overnight shifts really wreak havoc on eating habits and such, but that was only overnight for this week, so hopefully I can get myself back together today and for the rest of the week. mother went grocery shopping yesterday and got me all kinds of healthy nummies like lettuce and fresh fruits and veggies and stuff, which is actually surprising because usually unless I go with her, she skips right past all the fresh goodies.
Today:
Breakfast:
A banana
Lunch:
Leftover Spaghetti
Dinner:
Porkchop
Baked Potato with butter, sour cream, and parmesan cheese
Sweet Corn
Pretty good on the last two days Jena. The main thing is about consistency with your calories right now, more so than worrying too much about getting the nutritional quality bang on.
I'm proud of you misses, so keep up the effort and always remember that you ARE worth it and you always have been.

Today was a rough day on the eating front, I woke up late for work and so I didn't have time for breakfast or coffee. Thankfully I had packed lunch the night before, so, at least I had some food to munch on during breaks. Also, this week is gonna be a really rough week for eating. I have two overnights (Sunday night 6p-3a and wednesday 9p-6a) back to back with two day shifts. So, it's going to be hard to get body into any sort of routine and when that ends up happening, I always either overeat or severely undereat. Not looking forward to it at all.
To be honest a little it of overeating would be better than under eating, as at least you'd be getting more of the nutrients you need, rather than much less of some, even if you had a few extra calories you wouldn't necessarily need.
Also, that's a good thing to pack stuff the night before, as it just helps with prep anytime I've ever needed to take food with me the following day I make stuff the night before, it just saves time the next day and stops you screwing up your eating regime.

Yeah, I was lucky, I normally make it in the morning while I drink coffee because I'm usually making a sandwich and I don't like when sandwiches sit in a fridge for too long because I'm always afraid that the bread is gonna get weird. Haha. But it was a lucky break that I packed it the night before, I really should pack lunch the night before, but I'm always (with the exception of today) up at least two hours before I need to leave, so it's usually not a problem.
Breakfast:
Leftover Pizza
a cup of coffee with creamer and truvia
Lunch:
a little cherry pastry thing
Dinner:
A toasted swiss cheese sandwich
snack:
3 pieces of homemade shortbread (for some reason I decided this was a good idea... whoops)
Workout: I went for a jog (probably not the best idea because it was only 20F (-6.7C). lungs are stinging like crazy and I keep coughing, but it was worth it to get out of the house for a while. I burned about 270 Calories
Today is an overnight shift, so I'm definitely going to have to update this tomorrow either once I get home from work, or when I get up after catching some sleep. I imagine over the next few days, I'm going to have relatively high sugar and fat content in diet because I'm such a sucker for shortbread. I made it for dad's birthday (yesterday) and it's so easy to make and it makes so much that it sticks around for a while, but since it's just flour, rice flour, sugar, and butter, it's pretty dismal in terms of nutrition. But god is it good.
Breakfast (more like lunch because I slept in to prep for nightshift):
A small glass of milk
3 pieces of shortbread
Afternoon:
Special K protein bar
2 cups of coffee with creamer and truvia
Dinner:
pasta with ground turkey and a low fat cheese sauce
green beans
evening break:
an apple
"lunch" break:
a greek yogurt protein bar
whipped greek yogurt
a gatorade
