Thanks Sandi and Boss Man!!! I had an unofficial bacherlorette party in New York and that was enough for me haha. I'm not a big drinker, I'm allergic to alcohol as I break out in hives after consuming it. Yes, I'm so happy with him!! We are doing our engagement retreat (pre-marriage counseling) at the church this weekend and it was similar to the movie "Couple's retreat" minus the beautiful beaches of course. :? He got in an hour LATE to the retreat and it looked so bad when we had to do the couple's ice breaker SOLO. No one wanted to play with me!!! Once he got in, it was time to tell the group (about 15-20 couples) why we love our fiance. Well, I was mad at him at the moment, so when they got to me, I was terse. "I love him because he's romantic, I guess." Ha. fiance whispered to me "I owe you." That's RIGHT YOU DO! As his last rite of being officially single, fiance started growing a beard. I HATE IT!!! It's a gross little thing. Anyways, I said if he shaves the beard, I'd forgive him. He did, and I'm happy again hahaha. I posted another new engagement picture of us in front of the Washington Monument. One of favorites! :D

P.S. Today was cheat day. I forgot to pack snacks during the retreat and went crazy eating their food. I also realized I have to eat every 2-3 hours or I get grumpy. I'm eating ice cream as I type this hehe. :P Tomorrow is another day...I'll work out!!

You see, you say jump he says how high. Already henpecked before he's even been tied down properly :P.

Bossman, I've got him tied down!!! Today I made it to spinning! Yippee! Took the last seat in class. Kicked butt. trainer sessions start again tomorrow. Eh to 5:30 am workouts. First dress fitting is this weekend, I'm hoping to tone up a bit in a couple of days by adding more cardio workouts and eating healthy. Things I've changed to diet:

-Added stevia and organic agave to sweeten food instead of honey
-Eating more carrots and celery
-Drinking more water
-Working out at least 4 times per week with some cardio
-Got a workout ball and started doing ab workouts before I sleep
-Made 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm workout time
- Started attending bootcamp class and kickboxing more, I already feel more energized and fit then I did when I only lifted weights and did spinning, woohoo!

Overall I feel great! Prob the best I've ever felt since I was doing crossfit and thaiboxing 6 times per week in 2005 (so long ago). I hope to get back to that one day...maybe after wedding. ;)

So to motivate me to lose weight, I buy jeans a size smaller. Well, today I decided to try them on, and I FIT INTO SKINNY JEANS! YEA! But still blah to little pooch. I'm trying to stretch skinny jeans up over so it doesn't show as much. :P

Bossman, thanks so much for the message!! It made day! I even showed it to fiance and he was smiley all afternoon. :D

Feelin-great, yes it is so awesome to FINALLY wear them (without having a muffin top)! Today I took a break from working out as I was so sore from doing an hour of spinning and an hour of kickboxing yesterday. body needs rest. I wore skinny jeans today while doing errands. I also stretched them a bit more to cover up tummy hahaha. :lol:

Nokie - thank you for the sweet comments! I'll be posting more pics later!!! ONE MORE MONTH till I get married. AHH! :shock:

As for eating and exercise, yesterday I did a two hour session of spinning and kickboxing! Crazy. So crazy for me that I am taking a break today and starting again tomorrow (with boot camp). I also ate a jr whopper from burger king and it tasted sooooo good. I don't regret it one bit. I was craving protein! Yummy yummy in tummy!

Do you get hungry in between classes??? If I workout for more than an hour ... I get so hungry I have no more energy to continue.

YES, I get SO HUNGRY! I went to the gym's food store and picked up a V8 - it was the gross tropical fruit and veggie type. It was too sweet, so I diluted it with water. Sometimes I eat almonds too.

Ooh you sinful begger :P :P.

If you wanted Nut based energy, then Chestnuts and Cashews have more Carbs in them than most Nuts, which might help, as they're also healthy Fat carriers as well.

Just finished two back to back classes. I'm exhausted. This time I brought apples and more almonds to snack on between workouts. First class was spinning, second class was bootcamp with a bit of p90x. Spinning was ok - the usual steady cardio, but bootcamp kicked butt! We used weights, steppers, dumbells...it was a mix of everything. I ate a nice steak meal right after, along with salad, tomato basil soup, and scallops! Tomorrow I am taking it easy and doing yoga in the AM. body is crying. :D
