No and I'd advise against buying anything from C!ickbank, assuming you are not the seller, as C!ickbank just makes the seller 75% comissions and frankly you're not there to make someone else a seconary income and fund the product provider I.E. C!ickbank and the product provider, remembering the seller is not the provider, the seller is just being given the option to promote the providers product for them.

Hello! I am new on here too and just read your post. I have lost 120lbs and have created FREE advice and exercise routine son YouTube, just search "Your Time Training with Melisa" hope you check it out!!
But anyway...you can not out work a bad diet, I agree with alot of he other post. You need to aoid sugar and bad carbs. Also, I found working out not only your large muscle groups but also the small ones allows you o toghten and tone your trouble area ( I have flat stomach routine on youtube as well showing you how to do this)
Dont give up, consistency is KEY!! Chat at me if you have any more specific questions!
