I haven't had much time to see this recently, but know that whatever happens, you ARE a winner and you ARE a success. The way you have managed to keep so solid to the process and make it happen is admirable. You deserve to be so proud of yourself for how much you kept things on track and stayed true to your goals and plans.

You have all the right attributes to be doing what you so. Your looks make you more than capable of fitting into that world. Your human and athletic attributes make you a great potential for the future and by the time you finish the show, hopefully you will get a placing and in eyes you WILL be an athlete the same as Cassie and you deserve to be so happy for what you have managed to achieve in such a tough several weeks.

You hav done something that is not for everyone, as it's damned hard and requires a lot of dediation, but you showed your potential for this from the start. You CAN go so far with this like Cassie can.

I am proud of people like you for wanting to make this sort of beautiful, athletic statement in an often misunderstood arena. You and Cassie have the potential to prove many wrong by making it to a high level and still be the sort of athlete, others feel it necessary to stop being, though I believe they can still be and be proffessionals.

I'll say no more on that, but I thikn you know what I'm referring to.

You are a VERY GOOD, rolemodel, so keep inspiring and keep reaching for the next level. If you really awant this, there's no reason in mind why you can't have it.

You've done brilliantly and you have never looked anything but beautiful. So hopefully when these moments come around you will live every second, like it's the most glorious timeslot of your life.

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

First off, let me start by saying I entered into this particular competition, the Empire Classic, for the experience...knowing full well I wasn't *quite* at peak. The whole experience was wonderful and I feel so good knowing what to expect the next time around and I WILL ROCK the stage at the Bill Pearl on May 8th!

I competed against 13 amazingly gorgeous ladies ranging in ages 17-30. There were some AWESOME physiques at this show! I'm pleased to report that I placed 8th out of the 13 in class....and I KNOW I will do better next time because of this experience. I felt fantastic on stage! After the show I talked with the judges and checked out scores...they said if not for bum (which I know still needs some work) I would have been in the top 5. For the next two weeks I am going to be doing some SERIOUS booty kicking exercises! I WILL BE READY!

I can't wait until the next show!
