todays workout:
1 mile treadmill w/u run
2 mile outdoor trail run
1 x 12 x 40lb DB standing military press
2 x 12 x 50lb DB squats
2 x 12 x 2 x 25lb DB row
seems like I did more than that, can't remember everything now.
noticed some new definition and "cut" areas in upper arms today.
and.. jeans are baggy in the butt and legs - YES!!
the scale is still not friend - but that is okay, I can see some changes and i feel really strong and healthy.
